If you’ve visited my house during the last 7 months, this photograph might confuse you a little. It was taken in the living room. The astute observer will notice the absence of a gaping 14x19” hole in the ceiling. The most studious of past guests will further observe that the ceiling fan/light assembly depicted here hangs from the very spot where that hole used to be. But if you haven’t visited the Barnes pad for a while, you might wonder what the hell this is all about. For the benefit of both audiences, I’ll come to the point already: The ceiling fan replacement is finished, and just in time for next summer!
