Well, Geoff had a great tweet response to it: “Forget Twitshirt. For $40, I’ll sell you a shirt with an image of me wearing a shirt with this tweet printed on it.” The lovely @diannelearned took him up on it, but Geoff made the shirt and gave it to her free of charge. Because he’s the man. So Dianne got a small group of tweeps together to wear a picture of Geoff wearing a picture of his tweet. Of course, we’ll make one of these images into a shirt and send it back to Geoff, so he can wear a picture of a buddy wearing a picture of him wearing a picture of his tweet. Thought you might enjoy these photos. And I recommend following all the nice people in them, at least those that we knew. Many we didn’t, but we love them anyhow. When I sent Dianne this shirt, I did ask her to take a picture wearing the shirt and share it with me for the sake of posterity. I obviously had no idea what I was requesting. These photos are hilarious, and they come from a party it appears I would love to have been a part of. If there’s a heaven, I hope it includes such endless, clever tomfoolery and hijinx as what these fantastically fun friends perpetrated here. THANKS, GUYS. This melted my heart. Next project: beers together.
