The thing about bringing my kids to work is that Abu, our CEO, thrives on their creative energy and liveliness. So here I am, sitting at my desk finishing something before the weekend, and my kids are dispersed throughout the office doing god-knows-what, when presently an email arrives from Abu bearing only a smiley face and this photo he just took of Alex at the other end of the office. These are the little things that are big.
