You’ve seen this at the bottom of Jon’s home page, as you’ve seen it at the bottom of a multitude of homepages in the past year or so. It’s the gigantic footer, an increasingly popular emerging design pattern, and in so many instances, it’s a solution in search of a problem. Yet, these things are everywhere. They’re not going away. And I kind of like their visual presence. So, my esteemed friends, I’m wondering if you’ve seen this convention put to particularly good use. Well?
